Marian Stayancho

Marian Stayancho, 92, of Marblehead, OH passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at Otterbein North Shore. She was born June 15, 1928 in Marblehead, OH the daughter of Andrew and Mary (Pepa-Capko) Gresh. She married Vincent J. Stayancho on October 15, 1949 and he preceded her in death on September 15, 2013. Marian was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Marblehead where she was a member of the Altar Rosary Society. Marian was a stay at home mom and a devoted wife. Surviving are her children: Barb (Ron) Cooley of Marblehead, Tom (Janet) Stayancho of Fremont, Mary Jean Roth of Marblehead, Jim (Vickie) Stayancho of Marblehead, Joanie (Dominic) Umek of Avon Lake, Vince (Terry) Stayancho, Jr. of Wellington; ten grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; seven step-great-grandchildren; sister Joyce Zura of Sandusky; brother: Donald Gresh of Port Clinton. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband: Vincent; brother: Larry Gresh and son-in-law: Chris Roth. A funeral Mass will be celebrated by Father James Brown 10:00 am Friday, February 26, 2021 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 822 Barclay St. Marblehead, OH with visitation in the church Friday from 9:00 am until the time of the Mass. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery, Marblehead, OH.
