Margaret A. "Annie" Benton

Margaret A. “Annie” Benton, 57 of Port Clinton, OH died Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at Stein Hospice in Sandusky, OH. She was born March 4, 1966 in Port Clinton, OH to the late Bobby and Mabel (Rister) Hopkins. She was a 1984 graduate of Port Clinton High School. She was currently working as a housekeeper for the White Caps Motel in Port Clinton. She attended Port Clinton Bible Methodist Church. She enjoyed playing dartball, NASCAR, and loved going to the casino.

Survivors include her children: Crystal Boreman of Monroeville, OH, Jack (Haley Crawford) Boreman of Oak Harbor, OH, and Mercede Hopkins of Port Clinton; fiancé Fred Reales of Port Clinton; grandchildren: Jack Jr., Payton, Baylynn, Bentyn, and Dallas Boreman, Kiara Silva, Jayce and Kaysen Kilpatrick and Jordan Munoz; sister Vicky Jessee of Oak Harbor; nieces Kiesha (Michael) Davin, and Pammy Davin and nephew Shadon Pollard. She was also preceded in death by her sister Pamela Hopkins and Son-in-law Josh Munoz.

Visitation will be Tuesday, January 2, 2024 from 10am-1pm at Neidecker, Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Port Clinton Chapel and where Funeral Services will begin at 1pm at the Funeral Home with Pastor Deron Foreman officiating. Burial will be in Christy Chapel Cemetery, Port Clinton. Memorial Contributions may be made to Ottawa County Humane Society.
