Mahlon B. Massie

Mahlon B. Massie, 50, of Port Clinton, OH, died Tuesday, June 13, 2006 at Medical University of Ohio, Toledo. He was born October 24, 1955 in Port Clinton the son of George Mahlon and Roxie B. (Massie) Massie. He married Raquel Rodriguez on April 23, 2005. He worked at the BFI Landfill in Erie Township. He previously worked for U.S. Gypsum for 25 years. He enjoyed shooting pool. He is survived by his wife: Raquel; sons: Patrick Massie of Cincinnati, OH, Brian Massie of Norfolk, VA; parents: George and Roxie Massie; grandchildren: Blake Alexander Massie, Isabelle Marie Massie; brother: Loren Massie of Louisville, KY; sister: Linda Molnar of Port Clinton; aunt Nancy Quetschke of Port Clinton; five step-children and 10 step-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother, Cecil Massie and sister, Audra Massie. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, June 17, 2006 at the Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home, Port Clinton, where the family will receive friends from 6-8 P.M. Friday.
