Loretta Wise

Loretta Wise, 89, of Catawba Island, died Saturday, June 3, 2006 at her residence. She was born October 30, 1916 in Cleveland, OH a daughter of the late Frank and Helen (Kearns) Bartz. She married Robert Wise in 1940 and he preceded her in death in 1975. Mrs. Wise was a home maker and a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Port Clinton, OH. Surviving are her seven nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Dennis Wise; and sister, Eileen Hubach. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Father Ray Ensman at 11:00 A.M. Friday, June 9, 2006 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Port Clinton, OH. Her body will lie in state at the church from 10:00am until the time of the Mass. Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 pm Friday at Holy Cross Cemetery, Brookpark, OH.
