Lola M. Cappelletty-Urban, 73, of Marblehead died Monday, October 18, 2010 at Magruder Hospital, Port Clinton, OH. She was born Feb. 17, 1937 in Toledo, OH. She married Larry Urban on July 22, 1983 and he preceded her in death on March 5, 2006. Surviving are her sons: Mike (Nancy) Cappelletty of Toledo, Tony Cappelletty of Marblehead, Rick (Kathy) Cappelletty of Monclova; daughter: Lisa (Tim) Ort of Maumee; step-sons: Brian Urban of Columbus, Brad Urban; grandchildren: Sara (Ben) St. John, Rocky Cappelletty, Nicci (Derrick) Harder, Cristen (Jeff) Hooper, Jason Cappelletty, Matt Cappelletty, Gina Cappelletty Tyler Ort; great-grandchildren: Mickey, Brody and Vinnie St. John, Bailie, Ava, Marisa and Laci Cappelletty and Alison Cappelletty. Funeral services will be conducted 10:30 am Thursday, October 21, 2010 at Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home, Peninsula Chapel, Lakeside--Marblehead, OH.
