Lois Anna Netcher

Lois Anna (Stein) Netcher, 88, of Elmore, OH died Sunday, May 03, 2009 at Genoa Care Center, Genoa, OH. She was born July 24, 1920 in Bradner, OH to the late Fred and Minnie (Sander) Stein. Lois was a 1938 graduate of Pemberville High School. She married Harland Netcher on November 25, 1939, who preceded her in death January 1, 2006. Mrs. Netcher was a homemaker and a member of St. Paul Trinity United Methodist Church, Elmore. She also belonged to United Methodist Women, member of the Lin-More Council, Home Arts Club and Elmore Mother's Club. She enjoyed crocheting, spending time with her grandchildren and traveling. She and her husband, Harland, mad 18 trips with the Ohio Farmers Association while spending their winters in Winter Haven, Florida. Survivors include her sons: James H. (Linda) Netcher of Bellevue, OH and Donald L. (Patty) Netcher of Elmore, OH; daughters: Ruth A. (Dennis) Despones of Elmore, OH and Marilyn J. (William) Pierce of Norwalk, OH; Grandchildren: Chad (Amy), Melissa (Chad), Mary (Jason), Cheryl (Joe), Julie (Sam), and Carrie; Great grandchildren: Meghan, Andrew, Lena, Erin, Emma, and Nolie; and Step- Grandchildren: Trey, Tatum, and Tessie. Lois was preceded in death by her husband, parents and brother Paul Stein. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4-8pm at the Crosser Funeral Home, Elmore. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2009 at 11am at St. Paul Trinity United Methodist Church, Elmore with the Rev. Rick Stuhmer officiating. Burial will be in Harris- Elmore Union Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be given to: St. Paul Trinity United Methodist Church or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
