Linda M. Chapman, 75, of Marblehead, OH passed away Saturday, May 14, 2022 at Magruder Hospital, Port Clinton, OH. She was born July 8, 1946 in Port Clinton, the daughter of John H. and Lois Ann (Holbrook) Feyedelem. Linda graduated from Lakeside High in 1964 where she was a cheerleader and helped design and promote the Anchor as a symbol of the school. She retired in 2008 from the Ottawa County Probate Court as a clerk. She later worked as a bartender at the Marblehead V.F.W. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Danbury. She loved her grandsons and followed all of their sporting events. She enjoyed crosswords and her “Smut” newspapers. Surviving are her sons: Scott (Michelle) Chapman of Blacklick, OH, William Chapman of Marblehead; daughter-in-law: Crystal Chapman of Marblehead; grandchildren: Justin Chapman, Dalton (Alyscia) Chapman, Ryan Chapman, Nolan Chapman, Spencer Rosenberger, Grant Rosenberger; brother: Steven (Lori) Feyedelem of Marblehead; sisters: Janet Rosiar of Port Clinton, Marylynn (Richard) Mason of California, Susan (James) Gilliam of South Carolina. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings: John Feyedelem, Karen Oglesbee, JoAnn Boytim and Lura Boss. Memorial services will be conducted 11:00 am Saturday, May 21, 2022 at Neidecker, Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Peninsula Chapel, 7755 E. Harbor Rd. Lakeside-Marblehead, OH where the family will receive friends on Saturday from 10:00 am until the start of the service. Rev. Beth Westphal is officiating.
