Linda L. Fouts

Linda L. Fouts, 80 of Oak Harbor, OH died Tuesday, July 4, 2023 at her home under Hospice Care. She was born November 4, 1942 in Port Clinton, OH to the late Warren H. and Betty Jane (Knachel) Gulau. She was a 1960 graduate of Salem-Oak Harbor High School and a member of St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, Oak Harbor, where she was active in the Senior Choir and Handbells for many years, and a member of Altar Guild. On July 29, 1981 she married Richard Fouts, and he survives. Linda retired in 2005 from Ottawa County Job & Family Services. She also worked for the National Bank of Oak Harbor and Thierwechter & Priesman Insurance Company. She enjoyed traveling with Richard and spent many years in Ladies Golf League, both in Oak Harbor and in Michigan, bowling leagues in Port Clinton and playing BINGO.

Survivors include her husband of 41 years Richard, of Oak Harbor; son Tim (Amy Morgan) Baldwin of Columbus; grandson Aidan Baldwin; brother Larry (Bev) Gulau, and sister Becky Witt, both of Oak Harbor; nieces & nephews.

Visitation will begin at 10am, Saturday, July 8, 2023 at Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Oak Harbor Chapel and where Services will begin following at 11am. Burial will be in Salem Twp. Union Cemetery, Oak Harbor. In lieu of Flowers, memorial contributions may be given to St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church (Choir Fund), or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
