Lily M. Dress

Lily M. Dress, 95, of Marblehead, OH passed away Friday, December 13, 2024 at Otterbein North Shore. She was born May 19, 1929 in Lacarne, Ohio the daughter of Raymond and Agnes (Flynn) Twining. She married Allen G. Dress, Sr. on September 20, 1947 and he preceded her in death on Jan. 12, 2002. Lily was a baker for Marina Restaurant in Marblehead, OH. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Marblehead, OH.

Surviving are her children: Allen Dress, Jr of Marblehead, OH, Jim (Cookie) Dress of Marblehead, Steve (Cheryl) Dress of Marblehead, Mark Dress of Marblehead, Christine Murray) of Milford, OH; sight grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, granddaughter Dia Costello, brothers: Donald Twining, Raymond Twining, Morris Twining and sister: Mary Miller.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 am Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at Neidecker, Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Peninsula Chapel, 7755 E. Harbor Rd. Lakeside-Marblehead, OH. Interment will follow in Sackett Cemetery, Danbury Township. Memorial contributions may be given to Stein Hospice, 1200 Sycamore Line, Sandusky, OH 44870.
