Lilian Marie Worton

Lilian Marie Worton, 76, formerly of Grove, Oklahoma, died Friday, March 21, 2008 at her daughter's residence in Oak Harbor. She was born January 9, 1932 in Grove, OK to the late Thomas and Hester (Hart) Holloway. She married Roy Worton who preceded her in death in 1994. Lilian was a self-employed caregiver, working until her illness. She was a member of Shepherds Chapel in Missouri. Lilian enjoyed fishing, dancing, and her family. She enjoyed "playfully" chasing her grandchildren around the yard with a stick while they picked up rocks. Survivors include her daughter Lynn Tebbe of Oak Harbor; sons: Les Worton of Lafayette, CO. and Roy Lee Worton, Jr., of Warner Robins, GA; sisters Neomia West, Carolyn Hudgins, Virginia Mead, Bonnie Sherrell, Janie Jones, Sharon Tomblin, and Linda Robinson all of Grove, OK; 5 grandsons, 1 granddaughter, and 5 great- grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a sister Betty Burger. Services will be announced at a later date. Memorial contributions may be given to the family in care of Crosser Funeral Home, 301 N.
