Liddie E. Laubner

Liddie Elizabeth Laubner, 96, of Marblehead, OH died Feb. 25, 2014 at her residence. She was born March 3, 1917 in Radnor Twp. Delaware Co., Ohio the daughter of Willis Augustus and Pearl Elizabeth (VanMeter) Fox. She married Don Penry in 1935 and he preceded her in death in 1956. She then married Curtis E. Laubner, Jr. in 1963 and he preceded her in death in 1994. Mrs. Laubner was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Danbury and a graduate of Marion Harding High School. Surviving are her son: Stephen R. (Linda Limpert) Penry of Marblehead, OH; step-son: Curtis N. (Maryanne) Laubner of Marblehead, OH; step-daughter: Cheryl Laubner of Florida; grandchildren: Katrina Holmes, Nathan Laubner, Mike Warren, Jim Warren, Chris Warren; great-grandchildren: Amber Holmes, Darion Holmes, Isabelle Warren, Sedric Warren, Anya Warren; great-great-grandchild: Lillia Warrell. Funeral services will be private and burial will be in Chapel Heights Memory Garden, Marion, OH. Memorial contributions may be given to St. Paul Lutheran Church, Danbury.
