Lee R. Hoffman

Lee R. Hoffman, 84, of Port Clinton and formerly of Cleveland, OH and Fort Wayne, IN passed away Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at Magruder Hospital, Port Clinton, OH. He was born September 26, 1940 in Fort Wayne, IN the son of Earlyn and Dorothy (Baumgartner) Hoffman. Lee retired from Cuyahoga County as a project manager. He married Corrine “Corky” (Benton) on August 7, 2009. He loved fishing, growing plants, computers, history and guns. He especially loved spending time with his family and friends.

Surviving are his wife: Corky; sons: James L. (Betty) Hoffman of Crawfordsville, IN, Bruce V. Hoffman of Waterloo, IN; daughter: Christine L. (Patrick) Herrick of Auburn, IN; step-daughters: Monique (Paul) Mokha of Miami Beach, FL, Kelly (James) Napier of Franklin, NH; step-son: Shawn (Tammy) Grice of Miamisburg, OH; grandchildren: Ashley (Destry) Wing, Morgan Herrick, Sanjay Mokha, Jespreet Mokha, Nicole Napier, Joshua Napier, Justin Grice, Jesse Grice, Elizabeth Farmer, Jacob Farmer; great-grandchild: Silas; brother: Philip Schwalm of New Haven, IN; sister: Cindy Squier of New Haven, IN and his first wife: Emma Hoffman. He was preceded in death by his second wife: Georgia Hoffman; brothers: Ronald (Beverly) Hoffman and Darrell (Barbara) Hoffman.

Graveside services will be conducted 1:30 pm Saturday, January 25, 2025 at Lindenwood Cemetery, 2324 West Main Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46808. Rev. Keaton Christianson will be officiating. Online condolences may be shared with the family at www.neideckercrosserpriesman.com .
