Kenneth C. Grau

Kenneth C. Grau, 83, of Oak Harbor, Ohio, died Sunday, June 29, 2014 at the Ohio Veterans Home, Sandusky, Ohio. He was born in Oak Harbor on March 8, 1931, a son of Richard & Sylvia (Schanke) Grau. Kenneth attended Oak Harbor schools and was a member of St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, Oak Harbor. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War. Kenneth was a lifelong farmer and also did masonry work. Survivors include his brother, Marvin Grau, Oak Harbor; sister, Joyce Laubacher, Oak Harbor; nephews, John Grau, Ron Laubacher, and Randy Laubacher; nieces, Teresa Sullivan and Tammy Dailey. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Ronald Grau, Lloyd Grau and Merle Grau, and sister Lois Grau. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Thursday, July 3, 2014 at Crosser Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Oak Harbor, where friends may call after 9:30 A.M. Thursday. Pastor John Stirewalt will officiate, and interment will be in Salem Township Union Cemetery, Oak Harbor.
