Keith D. Riedmaier, 55, of Oak Harbor, OH, died Wednesday, August 23, 2006 at Edgewood Manor Nursing Center, Port Clinton, OH. He was born July 17, 1951 in Port Clinton, the son of John and Norma (Wesley) Riedmaier. He married Anna Brown on April 14, 2006. Keith worked for General Motors Power Train, Toledo and previously at New Departure, Sandusky. Keith was a member of the Port Clinton Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. He was a member of United Auto Workers Local 14, Toledo. Keith enjoyed life with his many hobbies some of which were flying ultra lights and remote controlled helicopters and air planes. He enjoyed muscle cars especially his 68 Fastback Mustang. He played an electric guitar and sang and he loved his tropical fish and dogs: Amber and Astro. Surviving are his wife, Anna; mother, Norma of Port Clinton; brother, Dennis (Diane) of Toledo; nieces, Heather (Greg) Fraunhoffer, Rebecca (Jeff) Gubala both of Toledo; nephew, Ryan (Kristen) Riedmaier of Temperance, MI; aunts, Avoline Bethel of Oak Harbor, Pauline Stone of Lorain, OH; uncle, Cyril Wesley of Catawba Island; cousins, Austin, Dylan, Devon, Brenden, Logan; step-son, Russell E. A. (Kym) Beaver of Port Clinton; step-daughters, Mellissa K. (Mark) Matousek, Lois J. (Scott) Myosky both of Port Clinton; step-grandchildren, Joyce, Cayliegh, Jennifer, Leanna, Ryliegh, Abby. He was preceded in death by his father, John Riedmaier and nephew Brandon Riedmaier. Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, August 29, 2006 at the Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home, Port Clinton, where the family will receive friends from 11:00 until the time of the service. Brother Jeff Trapp will officiate, and interment will be in Lakeview Cemetery, Port Clinton. Memorial contributions maybe made to Heartland Hospice or Edgewood Manor Nursing Center.
