Keith A. Bishoff, 55, of Marblehead, Ohio died with his family by his side on Monday, May 28, 2012 at Firelands Regional Medical Center in Sandusky, Ohio. Keith was born on November 25, 1956 in Sandusky, the son of Paul and Dorothy (King) Bishoff. On December 10, 1975 he married Mary Pat Sotak and she survives. He was a veteran of the United States Navy, having served his country from 1975-1976. He worked as a set up man at Delphi in Sandusky until his retirement in 2006. He was a member of the Eagles Lodge, Sandusky, Ohio; member of the United Auto Workers Union; member of the Port Clinton Dart League, and member of the Ottawa County Billiard League. His hobbies included playing darts, playing pool, woodworking, and working in the yard. Most importantly, he enjoyed being with his family. Survivors include his wife: Mary Pat; children: Brian Bishoff (Terrie Petroff), Marblehead; Jenny Bishoff (Josh Ranker), Marblehead; Shawn (Eugene) Covey, Port Clinton; Eric (Kasey) Bishoff, Plymouth, Massachusetts; Mindy Bishoff, Marblehead; grandchildren: Taylor Bishoff, Gavin Covey, Landon Ranker; mother: Dorothy; brothers: Neil Bishoff, Bruce Bishoff, both of Marblehead; and sister-in-law: Reba Bishoff, Marblehead. He was preceded in death by his father, Paul; infant son: John Paul and brother: Clifford Bishoff. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 31, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8pm at the Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home, 7755 E. Harbor Road, Lakeside-Marblehead, Ohio. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 1, 2012 at 10am at the funeral home with Pastor Christina L. Young officiating. Burial will follow at Sackett Cemetery with military honors given by members of the Marblehead VFW Post 7572. Memorial contributions may be left for the family to be donated to Firelands Regional Medical Center's Dialysis Inpatient Unit to purchase blanket warmers.
