Kathryn E. Harris

Kathryn E. Harris, 62, of Port Clinton, Ohio passed away on September 14th, 2022 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born March 31, 1960 in Fremont, Ohio to Henry Sr. and Martha (Medley) Hatt. She graduated from Port Clinton High School in 1978.

Kathy married Robert L. Harris on February 17, 1979 and he survives. Kathy loved spending time with her family, camping, gardening and the outdoors. She also enjoyed watching nature and was always amused by the wildlife.

Kathy is survived by her husband of forty-three years, Robert L. Harris, of Port Clinton; son – Jason (LaRae Bryant) Harris of Fremont; grandchildren – Morgan Harris and McKenzie Bryant of Fremont; great-grandchildren – Kaisley Ickes of Fremont; brother – Henry Jr. (Karen) Hatt of Lacarne; nephews – Hank (Joanie) Hatt and family of Lacarne, Delbert (Amanda) Hatt and family of Port Clinton.

She is preceded in death by her parents Henry Sr. and Martha Hatt; siblings – Mike Hatt, Gary Hatt and Dale Cleary.

A memorial service will be October 22, 2022 starting at 1:00 pm to celebrate the wonderful life of Kathy Harris at Erie Township Fire Station Hall, 5545 W. Harbor Rd, Lacarne, Ohio. All memorials prior to October 22 can be sent to 1390 W. Lakeshore Drive, Port Clinton, Ohio 43452 and memorials may be taken to the Erie Township Fire Station Hall the day of her celebration of life.
