Katherine R. Lenner

Katherine R. Lenner, 96, of Marblehead, OH died Monday, June 12, 2017 at Riverview Health Care Campus, Oak Harbor, OH. She was born Feb. 11, 1921 in Cervenka, Yugoslavia, the daughter of Jacob and Margaret (Leinweber) Redler. She married Frank J. Lenner and he preceded her in death. Mrs. Lenner worked as a secretary and librarian for Glidden; a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Danbury; directed and sang in various choirs and she loved cooking, gardening and spending time with the children. Surviving are her sons: William J. (Deborah) Lenner of Marblehead, Frank G. (Dianne) Lenner of Hayward, CA; grandchildren: Toni, Heather, Jennifer, Julie, Jim; great-grandchildren: Josh, Jake, Amelia, Georgia, Mia, Miles, Hannah, Charlotte, Claire, Luke and Lily; sister: Margaret (Ken) Bures of Painesville, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and son: Jack R. Lenner. Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 am July 1, 2017 at The Chapel at Sunset Memorial Park, 6265 Columbia Rd, North Olmsted, OH 44070 with Pastor Chris Young Officiating. Visitation will be in the chapel from 10:00 until the time of the service. Memorial contributions may be given to St. Paul Lutheran Church, 541 Church Rd.
