June K. Koepke

June K. Rogers Koepke, 80, of Genoa, Ohio, and formerly of Walbridge, Ohio, died Tuesday, September 23, 2008 at the Genoa Care Center. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on March 31, 1928, the daughter of Edgar & Pearl (George) Rogers. June was a graduate of Libbey High School, Toledo. She was a retired employee of the Bostwick-Braun Corporation, and had also worked for the former Toledo Trust, and WSPD-TV. June was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Lindsey, and enjoyed sewing, and arts and crafts. She is survived by her sons, Galen (Katja) Koepke, Oak Harbor, Ohio, and Randy (Deb) Koepke, Fort Wayne, Indiana; grandchildren, Ryan Koepke and Megan Koepke; brother, Karl (Eileen) Rogers, Lindsey, Ohio, and brother-in-law, Burdell Knipp, Lindsey. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Norma Knipp; and brother, Keith Rogers. Graveside services will be held at 11:30 A.M. Friday at Lindsey Cemetery, with Rev. Terry Smith, and Rev. Robert Methany officiating. A luncheon will be held at Trinity United Methodist Church, Lindsey, following the services. Crosser Funeral Home, Oak Harbor, is handling arrangements for the family.
