June E. Emery

June E. Emery, 70, of Clyde, OH, died Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at her home. She was born in Fremont, OH on November 8, 1945, a daughter of Samuel & Elsie (Nitschke) Tillapaw. June retired from the Woodbridge Corporation, Fremont, where she was a supervisor. An avid follower of The Ohio State Buckeyes, she was also a fan of the Cleveland Browns and Cleveland Indians. She enjoyed playing cards, especially poker, and loved vacationing in Myrtle Beach. Her greatest love however, was for her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. June is survived by her daughter Tonya (Carl) Starkweather, LaPorte, IN; her niece and best friend, Marcia Rockhold, Woodland Park, CO; sisters, Elsie Bowerman, Ovid, MI, Marilyn Smith, Sandusky, OH, and Sharon Guhn, Bellevue, OH; grandchildren, Christopher Zieber, Lindsey (Mike) Franks, Ashley (Rick Sebetto) Zieber, and Jarrett (Alisa) Zieber; 13 great-grandchildren, (and one on the way), and many nieces & nephews. June was preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Betty Mehlow, and brothers, John, James, and Keith Tillapaw. Family and friends are invited to call from 3-7 P.M. Friday at Crosser Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Oak Harbor. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A.M.
