Judith A. Short

Judith A. Short, 70, of Sandusky, Ohio, and formerly of Oak Harbor, Ohio, died Friday, July 6, 2012 at her home. She was born in Oak Harbor on December 12, 1941, the daughter of Rollie & Luella (Rose) Paulsen. Judy sold Avon products for many years, and was also a homemaker. On December 15, 1962, she married Sonny Short, and he survives. Also surviving are her daughters, Peggy S. (Craig) McGory, Huron, Ohio, and Shiela McClain, Sandusky, Ohio; brother, Louis (Betty) Paulsen, Oak Harbor, and grandson, Sonny Blankenship. Judy was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers, Arthur Paulsen, William Paulsen, and Ronny Paulsen. The family will receive friends from 5-8 P.M. Friday at the Crosser Funeral Home, Oak Harbor, where funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, July 14, 2012. Rev. David A. Voll will officiate, and interment will be in Salem Township Union Cemetery, Oak Harbor. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul United Church of Christ.
