Joy P. Kovach

Joy P. Kovach, 74 of Oak Harbor, OH died Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at her home. She was born April 1, 1939 on South Bass Island, OH to the late William and Kietta E. (Bowman) Smith. She was a Sandusky High School graduate. She married Mark Kovach of Oak Harbor and he survives. Joy worked at Hersh Publishing Company in Sandusky for over 30 years. She loved dogs. Family wishes were for Joy to be cremated and her ashes scattered at a later date. There will be no services or visitation.
