Josephine A. Edwards

Josephine A. Edwards, 90, of Port Clinton, died Saturday, April 14, 2007 at her residence. She was born January 30, 1917 in Chicago, IL a daughter of the late Anthony & Eleanor Rich. She married Charles Edwards in 1942 and he preceded her in death on February 11, 1971. Mrs. Edwards was a homemaker and a member of Immaculate Conception Church, Port Clinton. Surviving are her daughters: Jo Anne (Brian) Keenan of Las Vegas, NV, Carol (Paul) Wray of Port Clinton; son: Charles (Alice) Edwards of Port Clinton; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; sister: June Pappas of Chicago, IL. She was preceded in death by her husband: Charles; daughter: Barbara Hopkins and grandson Stephen Martinka. The family will receive friends from 6-8 P.M. Tuesday at the Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home, Port Clinton, where funeral services will be held at 1:30 P.M. Wednesday. Interment will be in Riverview Cemetery, Port Clinton.
