Jose J. "Jay" Villalon

Jos J. "Jay" Villalon, 43, of Port Clinton died Tuesday, October 7, 2014. He was born May 31, 1971 in Port Clinton, OH, the beloved son of Jos and Guadalupe (Livas) Villalon. He attended Port Clinton High School. Mr. Villalon worked as a maintenance man and first-mate on Legacy Charters. Jay was fun-loving and kind-hearted; a father and loyal friend who brought joy to many. He enjoyed boating, fishing and was a talented bass guitar player. He loved rooting for the Dallas Cowboys. Jay was proud of his family roots and upbringing on Lake Erie. Survivors include his beloved only son, Alexander Wolf; parents: Jos and Guadalupe Villalon; sisters Patricia (Stephen) Wisnefski and Erica Villalon; and nephews Maximilian and Leo Wisnefski. Other surviving family members are from the Below, Livas, McCann, Ramos and Villalon families. Visitation will be held Monday, October 13, 2014 from 9:00-11:00 am followed by prayer service by Father John Missler at Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1124 Fulton Street, Port Clinton, OH.
