John U. Seamon

John U. Seamon, 82, of Marblehead, OH passed away Monday, January 25, 2021 at Firelands Regional Medical Center, Sandusky, OH. He was born May 1, 1938 in Medina, OH the son of Steve and Rose Seamon. He married Donna J. Turner on June 7, 1958 and she survives. John retired from Standard Products and then worked for Cedar Point and as a guard at Bay Pointe. He was a member of St. Mary’s Byzantine Church, Marblehead, OH. He loved his family, grandkids and great-grandkids and always enjoyed cherry pie and chocolate cake. Surviving are his wife: Donna; sons: Matt (Shelley) Seamon of Marblehead, Mike (Nancy) Seamon of Virginia, Mark Seamon of Marblehead, Luke (Donna) Seamon of Fremont, John (Connie) Seamon of Fremont; daughter: Jeanann (Eddie) Hasselbach of Oak Harbor; many grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
