John L. Wollenslegel, 63, of Elmore, OH died Monday, April 10, 2006 at the Medical University of Ohio Hospital, Toledo, OH. He was born May 7, 1942 in Bellevue, OH to the late Vinton and Leila (Harvey) Wollenslegel. Mr. Wollenslegel was a 1960 graduate of Fremont Ross High School. John was employed by The Ayling & Reichert Company, Oak Harbor as a Tool & Die Maker until 2000. He was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose, Fremont. On December 16, 1967, he married Donna Diment and she survives. Also surviving is a daughter, Cynthia A. (Joe) Utterback, Catonsville, MD; foster son Eric (Laureen) Murray, Cripple Creek, CO; half- brother Bill Williams, Los Lunas, NM; half- sister, Sandy Williams, Yuma, AZ; grandchildren: Christopher, Tatum, and Josh Utterback, Klaryssa and Dawson Murray. He was preceded in death by a brother, Renfred “Rennie” Wollenslegel. Friends may call from 2-9 P.M. Friday at the Crosser Funeral Home, Elmore, where the family will be present from 2-4 & 7-9 P.M.. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, April 15, 2006 at the Funeral Home, with the Rev. John W. Bock officiating. Interment will be in Union Cemetery, Elmore.
