John A. Douglas

John A. Douglas, 53, of Oak Harbor, OH died unexpectedly at his home Wednesday, September 2, 2015. He was born May 16, 1962 in Niagara Falls, NY to James T. and Grace (Gunzelmann) Douglas. He was a 1983 graduate of Oak Harbor High School. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church. John was an owner/operator truck driver. Survivors include his children Jason (Darcie) Goodsite of Delta, OH, Joshua Douglas of Genoa, OH, and Ashley Douglas of Perrysburg, OH; father James T. Douglas of Oak Harbor; brothers: James and Colin Douglas of Oak Harbor and Dennis A. Douglas of Marblehead, OH; Sisters: Pattie Rischka of Lorain, OH and Mary. He was preceded in death by his mother Grace. There will be no visitation or services. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the Donor's Choice.
