Jeanne M. Thierwechter

Jeanne McLaughlin Thierwechter, 88, of Oak Harbor, Ohio, passed away Saturday, January 25, 2014 at her home. She was born on March 13, 1925, a daughter of Dr. Harry & Marie (Weaver) McLaughlin. Jeanne was a graduate of South High School, Youngstown, Ohio, and attended Youngstown College and Dennison University. She was a member of the Oak Harbor United Methodist Church and Alpha Phi Sorority. On March 30, 1946, she married David Thierwechter, and he survives. Also surviving are their children, Michael D. (Jill) Thierwechter, Indianapois, IN, Douglas E. Thierwechter, Houston, TX, Martha Guehl, Findlay, OH, and Janet Mowry, Bowling Green, OH; sister, Sally Helle, Fremont, OH; grandchildren, Heidi Ocuna, Jason Guehl, Matthew Mowry, Ana Mowry, and Kathryn Thierwechter; and 3 great-grandchildren.
