James H. Flick

James H. Flick, 90 of Fremont, OH died Sunday, October 29, 2023 at Providence Care Center, Sandusky, OH. He was born January 14, 1933 in Elmore, OH to the late Rollie and Leona (Neeb) Flick. He was a graduate of Elmore High School. He then enlisted in the United States Navy during the Korean War. On August 14, 1959 he married the former Ernestine Sutherland, who preceded him in death July 23, 2010. Jim retired as a Millwright for Libby-Owens-Ford in Toledo after 30 years. He was also a lifelong farmer in the Washington Township Area. He most recently attended Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, Elmore.

Survivors include his children: Kathryn (Dave) Hunter of South Bend, IN, Patrick Flick of Toledo, OH, Steven (De Anna) Flick of Sandusky, OH; grandchildren: Kimberly, Bethany, Joseph, Taylor, Lindsay, Spencer, Madeline, Mike, Triston, Tricia K., Trina K, D.J., and Lesley; great-grandchildren: Makaylah, Violet, Mikel, Aria, Ezra, Alivia, Sophia, Ellysia, and Kennedy. He was also preceded in death by his daughter Lisa Saam, granddaughter Jenni Hunter, and brothers Lauren & Dale Flick.

Visitation will be Friday from 2-8pm with the family present 2-4 & 6-8pm at Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Elmore-Genoa Chapel. Funeral Services will begin at 11am on Saturday, November 4, 2023 at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in Harris-Elmore Union Cemetery.
