James C. "Jim" Felder

James C. "Jim" Felder, 76 of Oak Harbor, OH died Wednesday, April 04, 2018 at Riverview Health Care Campus, Oak Harbor under the care of Heartland Hospice. He was born September 9, 1941 in Oak Harbor, OH to the late Charles and Mary (Brown) Felder. He served in the United States Army as a Military Policeman. On February 10, 1973 he married the former Joan Rollheiser, and she survives. Jim owned and operated his own automotive body shop in Oak Harbor. He also had a talent for carpentry and repairing boats. If it needed repaired, Jim could fix it. He was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church, Oak Harbor. He also belonged to the Port Clinton Moose and Oak Harbor American Legion. Jim loved being on the lake fishing and camping with his grandchildren. Survivors include his wife Joan of Oak Harbor; children: Bobbi (Cunningham) Ayres of Swanton, OH and Dan (Missi) Cunningham of Oak Harbor; grandchildren: Austin, Kimmi, Dylan, Davin, Ashya, and Paige; great- grandchildren: Kayleigh, Aydrien, and Kam. He was also preceded in death by his brother William Felder; sisters: Bernice Peterson and Maryann Beard; and grandson Alan. Jims wishes were to be cremated and buried in Salem Twp. Union Cemetery, Oak Harbor. All services will be handled privately by the family under the direction of the Crosser Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Oak Harbor.
