Iantha E. Grove

Iantha E. Grove, 93, of Marblehead, OH passed away peacefully surrounded by her children Sunday, November 29, 2020 at her home. She was born September 6, 1927 in Danbury Township the daughter of Harley A. and Mary Hazel (Collins) Brauer. She married Ernie Andrew Grove on September 22, 1947 and he preceded her in death on October 12, 1990. Mrs. Grove was a lifelong member of St. John Lutheran Church, Marblehead, OH where she was a Sunday School Teacher. She previously was a Den Mother for Pack 331 Cub Scouts. Surviving are her daughters: Jeanette (William) Brooks of Marblehead, Betty Anne (Phil) Shingledecker of Marblehead; son: Jerry (Linda) Grove of Beaver Creek, OH; grandchildren: Mary Jo Brooks, Tom Brooks, Julie Russell, Jennifer Clark, Jaime Grove, Tim Grove, Cheryl Shingledecker, David Shingledecker; 21 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her infant son: Rex, son Tim and brother Wallace J. Brauer. Private Funeral Services are being conducted at Neidecker, Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Peninsula Chapel, Lakeside—Marblehead, OH. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the donor’s choice.
