Howard F. Millhime

Howard F. Millhime, 74, of Woodville, Ohio, died Saturday, April 26, 2014 at Mercy St. Charles Hospital, Oregon, Ohio. He was born in Fostoria, Ohio on February 17, 1940, the son of Lemuel & Irma (Gschwind) Millhime. A 1958 graduate of the former Risingsun High School, Howard was also a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps Reservces. Howard was the owner of A-Kopy, Inc. in Toledo for 20 years, retiring in 1995. Since his retirement, he invested in real estate and enjoyed farming and raising livestock. He also was active in harness racing and enjoyed fishing. On August 24, 1963, Howard married the former Linda Damschroder, and she survives. Also surviving are their children, Jeff Millhime, and Julie (Mark) Wax, both of Elmore, Ohio; grandchildren, Connor and Megan Wax and Cole Millhime. He was preceded in death by his parents. Friends are invited to call from 2-8 P.M. Wednesday at Crosser Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Elmore-Genoa Chapel, 19550 W. S.R. 51, where funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, May 1, 2014. Pastor Tim Sherman will officiate, and interment will follow in Harris-Elmore Union Cemetery. Following the committal service at the cemetery, a luncheon will be served at Bethel United Brethren Church, 2920 S. S.R. 590. Elmore.
