Howard A. Scott

Howard A. Scott, 85, of Put-in-Bay, OH, died Saturday, November 11, 2006 at St. Charles Mercy Hospital in Oregon, OH. He was born July 24, 1921, the son of Thomas and Minnie Scott. Mr. Scott was retired from GM Powertrain. He was a veteran of the US Army serving in WW II and was a longtime member of the Millbury, OH Fire Department. Surviving are his daughter Mindy (Steve) Schuster of Millbury; sons Bernard of Williston and Dean of Perrysburg; Five grandchildren and several great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Alice on Sept. 30, 1995 and his parents. At his request, services will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to the Put-in-Bay Fire Department.
