Hazel (Smith) Conley

Hazel Conley, 90 of Graytown, OH died Thursday, May 31, 2018 at Mercy- St. Charles Hospital, Oregon, OH. She was born May 16, 1928 in Lewis County, KY to the late Squire and Ida (Nolan) Smith. On March 27, 1946 she married Bruce Conley who preceded her in death January 18, 1976. Hazel was a homemaker and a member of National Full Gospel Tabernacle in Oregon, OH. She enjoyed canning and quilting. Survivors include her sons: Wayne, Casey, Fred, Harvey, John, Vernon, and Jack Conley; daughters: Irene Nolen, Erline Conley, Ines Bryan, and Louise Sutphin; 27 grandchildren; 32 great- grandchildren and great- great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son Sam Conley and 9 siblings. Visitation will be Monday from 1-8pm with the family present 1-4 & 5-8pm at the Crosser Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Elmore- Genoa Chapel, 19550 W. SR 51, Elmore, OH 43416. Funeral Services will begin at 11am Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at the Funeral Home with Rev. Gene Paul officiating. Burial will be in Elliston Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be given to National Full Gospel Tabernacle or a charity of the Donors Choice.
