Harry R. Lincoln, 87 of Graytown, OH passed on Thursday, January 18, 2024 at home surrounded by his family. He was born January 23, 1936 in Toledo, OH to the late Russell T. and Grace F. (Kahle) Lincoln-Perdue. He was a 1955 graduate of Toledo Macomber High School. Harry was the beloved husband for 48 years of Jeannette (Myers). Harry retired as a Quarry Foreman from Martin-Marietta in Woodville, OH in 2001.
He was a member of 2nd Church of Christ Scientist of Toledo where he was an active reader for the Church for more than 20 years. He was also a member of the Elmore Lions Club and served a term as president. Harry was hardworking, devoted to his family and always expressed gratitude to God. Harry was always willing to give anyone who needed a hand his assistance and guidance no matter what the problem was. He enjoyed time with his family and friends, especially over a good meal.
Whenever everyone came together Harry was known for saying “We never had it so good.” He was kind and talked to everyone he met. He will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Survivors include his wife Jeannette of Graytown, OH, Brother Dave Lincoln of Marietta, OH, step-son Ted (June) Wood of Brecksville, OH, daughter Cheryl Lincoln Bowman of Castle Rock, CO, step-daughter LuAnn Katko of Gaylord, MI, step-son James (Deborah) Wood of Gulliver, MI, son Jeff Lincoln of Oak Harbor, OH, daughter Andrea (Corey) Schwochow of Clyde, OH and daughter Elizabeth (Paul) Brewster of Graytown, OH; grandchildren: Kiel (Jess) Wood, Matthew (Lisa) Bowman, Steven Bowman, Sarah (Wyatt) Bowman-Overton, Michael Mull, Justin Katko, Kelly (Justin) Romaker, Coal, Logan, and Andrew Schwochow, Anna and Grace Brewster; 9 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild. He was also preceded in death by daughter Kathleen Sue Lincoln and brother Henry Lincoln.
Memorial services for Harry will begin at 11am on May 25th, 2024 at the Elmore Historical Barn, Elmore, OH. Private Family Burial will be in Clay Township Cemetery, Genoa, OH. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to either 1st Church of Christ Scientist of Toledo or 1st Church of Christ Scientist of Maumee.
