Harold E. Ballreich

Harold E. Ballreich, 82 of Port Clinton, OH died Thursday, April 27, 2023 at his home under hospice care. He was born January 4, 1941 in Tiffin, OH to the late Charles and Savilla (Landoll) Ballreich. On April 7, 1962 he married the former Sandra K. Lattimore and she survives. Harold drove truck for Heineman Distributing, Port Clinton, retiring in 2008. He was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Port Clinton, and loved to bowl and fish.

Survivors include his wife, Sandy of Port Clinton, son Steve, (Adaire) Ballreich, Port Clinton; sister, Carolyn Nesselhauf, Clyde, OH, Virginia (Ginny) LaFollette, of Virginia; and granddaughter, Suzanne Steffenhagen, Castalia, OH. Also surviving are Harold’s fur babies, his dog Suzie, and his cats, Jackie and Sophie. He was preceded in death by a son, Don Ballreich; daughter, Terri Ballreich; twin brother, Charles Ballreich; and sister, Darlene Black.

Private family services will be held at Riverview Cemetery, Port Clinton, under the direction of Neidecker, Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Port Clinton.
