Gilbert J. "Bud" Carnicom

Gilbert J. “Bud” Carnicom, Jr., 86, of Port Clinton passed away August 20, 2021. He was born October 1, 1934 the son of Gilbert J. and Ann Drusbacky Carnicom, Sr. He married Maxine (Allen) on November 18, 1986 and she preceded him in death on December 21, 2016. He was a United States Navy Veteran. He retired from Standard Products, Port Clinton. Bud was a member of Eagles Lodge Aerie No. 2295 and VFW Post 2480, Port Clinton. Surviving are his son: Steven (Christine) Carnicom of Minneapolis, MN; step-daughters: Dawn (Andy) Cantu of Port Clinton, Donna (William) Cooley of Galion, OH; grandchildren: Austin Carnicom, Michael (Keri) Pugh, Dawn Lohr, Rachel Cooley; seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, daughter: Vicki Carnicom and sister Pat Boling. Face masks and social distancing will be required at all services. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 pm Thursday, August 26, 2021 at Neidecker, Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1124 Fulton St. Port Clinton, OH with visitation Thursday from 11:00 am until the time of the service. Interment will be in Riverview Cemetery, Port Clinton. Father Jonathon Wight will be officiating. Memorial contributions may be given to The American Cancer Society.
