Geraldine Mathews

Geraldine Mathews, 81, of Port Clinton, died Saturday, August 24, 2013 at her residence. She was born Jan. 17, 1932 in Rogersville, TN, the daughter of the late Bruce and Berta (Ward) Ball. Mrs. Mathews worked as a phone operator, worked at New Departure, Sandusky and also Standard Products, Port Clinton. Surviving are her son: Timothy Mathews of Port Clinton and grandson: Joseph Mathews of Worthington, OH. She was preceded in death by her husband: Carl and brother: Dewy Ball. Private Entombment services were held at Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron, OH. Memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society.
