Geneva C. Witt

Geneva C. Witt, 87, of Oak Harbor, Ohio died Thursday, June 26, 2008 at Magruder Hospital, Port Clinton. She was born on March 20, 1921, in Oak Harbor, the daughter of the late Otto and Amelia (Dunkleman) Beier. She married Charles Witt on November 29, 1947, and he preceded her in death on May 15, 1999. Geneva was a veteran of the United States Navy, having served her country during World War II. She was homemaker and a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Port Clinton. Survivors include her son: Douglas (Diann) Witt of Martinez, Georgia and two grandchildren: Jennifer (Mitch) Martin and Nathan (Heather) Witt. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, four sisters and one brother. At her request, there will be no visitation or services.
