Gary R. Nowlin

Gary R. Nowlin, 58, died unexpectedly Saturday, December 18, 2010 at his residence in Toledo, OH. He was born December 22, 1951 in Mansfield, OH to the late Harold G. and Mary F. (Moore) Nowlin. He was a graduate of Oak Harbor High School and served in the United States Navy. He worked for Kelsey-Hayes in Fremont, OH over 37 years before the plant closed. Gary was a very fun, outgoing person who was an uncle to many children in Oak Harbor and West Virginia. Survivors include his sisters: Sharon Nowlin of Toledo, and Shirley (Phillip) Rose of Oak Harbor; uncle to James F. and Brandance Rose; and Great Uncle to Ashley and Calob Rose. He was also preceded in death by a brother Harold Nowlin. There will be no services for Gary. Crosser Funeral Home, Oak Harbor is assisting the family with arrangements.
