Gail E. Buckantz, 57, of Catawba Island, died Friday, March 3, 2006 on Catawba Island. She was born January 25, 1949 in Cleveland, the daughter of Nathan and Catherine (Seitz) Buckantz. Surviving is her father Nathan Buckantz: and nephews Joel and Michael Buckantz. She was preceded in death by her mother Catherine, and brothers, Richard and Raymond. Private Family services will be held. Memorial contributions may be made to the Catawba Island EMS. The Neidecker-LeVeck and Crosser Funeral Home, Peninsula Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
