Freda C. Wholfiel

Freda Caroline Wohlfiel, 91, of Port Clinton died Saturday October 21, 2006 at Riverview Senior Health Care Campus in Oak Harbor. She was born May 21, 1915 in Benton Twp, Ohio, the daughter of Ferdinand Karl and Elisabeth (Herr) Wohlfiel. Freda was a housekeeper at Riverview Nursing Home retiring in 1968. She was a member of Peace Lutheran Church. Surviving are nieces Rose Peterson, Virginia McDonald, Barbara Hebner and Irene Van Ness and nephews Alfred Hebner and Robert Hebner; six great nieces and nephews and eight great great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters Edna Hebner and Minnie Hebner. Visitation will be conducted from 10 a.m. Tuesday until the time of services at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Neidecker, LeVeck and Crosser Funeral Home, Port Clinton.
