Freada Kathleen "Kathy" Ryan

Freada Kathleen “Kathy” Ryan, of Port Clinton, OH passed away June 9, 2022. She was born March 19, 1931in Hicksville, OH the daughter of Arden and Vivian (Longberry) Coon. She married Lewis Ryan on January 24, 1979 and he preceded her in death on August 27, 1997. Kathy was the purchasing agent for Parkview Hospital in Toledo, OH and previously worked as an Environmental Specialist at Incirlik Air Station in Turkey. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Port Clinton, OH. Surviving are her daughter: Sherry Richie of N. Ft. Meyers, FL; seven grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; brothers: Marcus (Arlene) Coon of Michigan and Michael (Kathy) Coon of Michigan. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband: Lewis; daughter: Shannon Barber; one grandchild and sister: Lorinda Wilhelm. Visitation will be held Thursday, July 7, 2022 from 4:00 – 6:00 pm at Neidecker, Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1124 Fulton St. Port Clinton, OH. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated by Father Jonathon Wight at 10:00 am Friday, July 8, 2022 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 414 Madison St. Port Clinton, OH 43452. Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 pm Friday, July 8, 2022 at Whitehouse Cemetery, Whitehouse, OH. Memorial contributions may be given to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
