Frankie L. Dunn

Frankie L. Dunn, 79, of Port Clinton, Ohio died Wednesday, July 4, 2007 at Magruder Hospital, Port Clinton. She was born on October 12, 1927, in Kingsport, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Thomas and Hester (Smith) Hickman. On June 7, 1961, she married Paul Dunn and he survives. Frankie was a member of the Second Baptist Church, Port Clinton. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also enjoyed photographs of her family. Survivors include her husband, Paul; children: Lee Cox, Phoenix, Arizona; Pam Cole, Port Clinton, OH; Debera (James, Jr.) McGee, Port Clinton, OH; Sherry (Randy) Witt, Port Clinton, OH; Mike (Sandra) Dunn, Oak Harbor, OH; ten grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter: Sandy Cole; brothers: Charles “Stoney” Hickman & Robert Hickman; two infant brothers; sisters: Maude “Bill” Jobe, Bertie Sherfee, Elva Conkin, Ada “Jack” Sizemore, Effie “Red” Crawford, & Hazel Hilton. Visitation will be held on Monday, July 9, 2007 from 5:00-7:00 PM at East Lawn Funeral Home, 4997 Memorial Blvd, Kingsport, Tenessee. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, July 10 at 11:00 AM with Reverend Shane Holtzclaw officiating. Burial will follow in East Lawn Memorial Park, Kingsport, Tennessee.
