Florence M. Harrold

Florence M. Harrold, 76, of Port Clinton, Ohio died Friday, November 23, 2007 at Magruder Hospital. She was born on December 20, 1930 in Barberton, Ohio, the daughter of the late Harry and Helen (Pecellak) Woodruff. On May 6, 1951, she married Stanley E. Harrold and he survives. She was a homemaker and she also worked as a cashier at Port Clinton High School from 1978 until her retirement in 1992. She was a member of Erie Shores Assembly of God, Port Clinton, and a former member of the Four Seasons Garden Club. She was an avid gardener, especially flower gardening. Survivors include her husband: Stanley; son: Scott (Kim) Harrold, Jacksonville, FL; daughters: Sandra Moore, New Philadelphia, OH; Laura (Carl) Smothers, Tampa, FL; grandchildren: Benjamin Burns, Daniel Burns, Eric Smothers; nephews: Craig Woodruff, Clifford Woodruff, and niece: Michelle Hodge. She was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers: Clifford & Earl Woodruff. The family will receive friends from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. Monday at Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home, 1124 Fulton Street, Port Clinton. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, November 27 at 11:00 AM at Erie Shores Assembly of God, 220 Gill Road, Port Clinton, with Reverend Harry Hunt officiating. Interment will take place on Wednesday, November 28, at 2:30 PM at Ohio Western Reserve Cemetery, Rittman, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to Erie Shores Assembly of God.
