Florence A. Luebcke

Florence A. Luebcke, 92, of Port Clinton, died Friday, March 10, 2006, at Edgewood Manor Nursing Center, Port Clinton. She was born Jan. 20, 1914, in Capron, Okla., the daughter of William M. and Edna V. (Harmes) Gwinup. She was a homemaker and a member of the Faith United Methodist Church. Surviving are her daughters, Theda (Troy) Ball of Mechanicsville, Va., Nancy (Charles) O'Neal of Port Clinton and Marcia (Ronald) Blake of Killbuck, Ohio; eight grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester, on Dec. 27, 1995; her parents; a brother, Chester; and a sister, Lydia Goodsite. The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at the Neidecker, LeVeck and Crosser Funeral Home, Port Clinton. Friends also may call from 10 a.m. Tuesday until services at 11 a.m. at Faith United Methodist Church, Fifth & Jackson Streets, Port Clinton. The Rev. Judith Armbrust will officiate and interment will be in Riverview Cemetery, Port Clinton. Memorial contributions may be made to Faith United Methodist Church or Edgewood Manor Nursing Center.
