Faye L. Lochotzki, 85, of Oak Harbor, OH, died Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at Riverview Health Care Campus, Oak Harbor. She was born in Oak Harbor on January 28, 1930, a daughter of Christ & Luella (Genzman) Laubacher. Faye attended Salem-Oak Harbor Schools. She was an active member of St. Boniface Catholic Church, Oak Harbor, where she served on the school board, was head the of the cheer committee, and was a member of the Altar-Rosary Society. Faye was also an assistant Cub Scout den mother, and an assistant Brownie leader. She was a typist for Ralph Bauer & Associates in Port Clinton and previously worked at Weichman Insurance Agency. On July 8, 1950, Faye married Joseph M. Lochotzki, and he preceded her in death on November 25, 2012. She is survived by her sons, Steven (Nancy) Lochotzki, Joseph E. (Brenda) Lochotzki, James (Betty) Lochotzki, all of Oak Harbor: daughters, Jeanette Rodriguez, Port Clinton, OH, and Susan (Dave) Streng, Oak Harbor. Also surviving are 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandson and 1 great-granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son, Kevin Lochotzki; brothers, Oliver "Brick" Laubacher, Christ Laubacher, Jr., Carol Laubacher, and Roger Laubacher; sisters, Mary Krieger, Delores Behlmer, and Rhea Harder. The family will receive friends from 2-7:30 P.M. Sunday at Crosser Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Oak Harbor, where a parish wake service will be held at 7:30 P.M. Sunday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. Monday, October 12, 2015 at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Oak Harbor, with the Rev. Timothy F. Ferris officiating. Interment will be in Salem Township Union Cemetery, Oak Harbor. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Boniface Church or School or to a charity of the donor's choice.
