Evelyn L Schmitt

Evelyn L. Schmitt, 91, of Marblehead, died Monday November 8, 2010 at Magruder Hospital in Port Clinton. She was born November 29, 1918 in Port Clinton, the daughter of George and Cora (Dunkle) Sperber. Evelyn was employed during the war are the Erie Army Depot and retired from Port Clinton Manufacturing. She is survived by her sons Dennis R. (Tammy) Schmitt of Marblehead; Gary F. (Melody) Schmitt of Carroll, OH and Terry L. Schmitt of Marblehead; Three grandchildren and a brother Harold (Thelma) Sperber of Cypress, CA. Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband Lowell in 1988; her parents and a brother Raymond Sperber. Visitation and burial will be private at her request. Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Ottawa County or the Donor's Choice.
