Esther P. Zerman

Esther P. Zerman, 81 of Amherst, OH and formerly of Wakeman, OH died suddenly on Sunday, March 24, 2024 at Amherst Manor Skilled Nursing Facility. She was born September 12, 1942 in Elyria, OH to the late James P. and Esther R. (Miller) Zerman. She was a 1961 graduate of Clyde High School. Esther owned and operated Bark & Purr in Fremont, OH for 30 years. She most recently retired from Voith Cleaning Services, where she worked at the Lorain Ford Plant.

Survivors include her daughter Kellie (Frank) Fowler of Oak Harbor, OH; grandson Seth O’Neal; and sister Darlene Zerman of Clyde, OH. She was also preceded in death by her siblings: Jim Zerman, Jack Zerman, Sandra Collins, Christine Sterns, and Cindy Zerman.

Visitation will be Tuesday, April 2, 2024 from 2-8pm with the family present 2-4 & 6-8pm at Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Oak Harbor Chapel. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, Clyde, OH at a later date. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be given to the Ottawa County Humane Society.
