Ester Torres

Ester Torres, 47 of Elmore, OH died Sunday, September 11, 2022 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo. She was born February 11, 1975 in Weslaco, TX to Mario and Yolanda (Solis) Sanchez. She was a 1994 graduate of Woodmore High School. On June 22, 2002 she married Richard Torres and he survives. Ester was the Head Teller of Genoa Bank where she worked for 30 years. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Genoa.

Survivors include her husband Richard of Elmore, OH; children: Olivia (Machiah Lojewski) Torres of Toledo, OH, Annalicia (Kip) Saam of Millersville, OH, and Richard Torres Jr of Elmore; grandchildren: Mila Lojewski and Hudson Saam; parents Mario and Yolanda Sanchez; sisters Hope Sanchez and Erica (Jose) Miller; and brother Mario (Dolly) Sanchez Jr.

Visitation will be 2-8pm on Wednesday at Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Elmore-Genoa Chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11am on Thursday, September 15, 2022 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Genoa with Rev. Tim Ferris Celebrant. Burial will be in Harris- Elmore Union Cemetery, Elmore.
