Edward J. Kuzma

Edward J. Kuzma, 70 of Marblehead, OH, died Thursday, August 10, 2006 at Fireland Regional Medical Center, Sandusky, OH. He was born October 7, 1935 in Sandusky, Ohio, a son of John and Francis (Stayancho) Kuzma. Edward retired in 1994 from Davis Besse Nuclear Power Station as a nuclear security guard. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, was an avid book reader, and loved to collect Indian and wolf memorabilia. He loved to fish, hunt and golf in his spare time. Surviving is his wife, the former Jolene Danklefsen, whom he married on October 12, 1977; stepdaughters, Joanne (Matt) Molnar of Port Clinton, Angela Young of Marblehead and Heather (David) Mischler of Johnson’s Island; stepsons, Todd (Kimberly) Young of Catawba Island, and Charles Young of Orlando, FL; 11 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; brother, Paul Kuzma of Marblehead; sister, Barbara Kuzma of Athens, OH; and step sisters, Virginia Bodi and Jean Stahl both of Sandusky. The family will receive friends from 2-8 P.M. Sunday at the Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home, Peninsula Chapel, Lakeside-Marblehead, where funeral services will be held at 10 A.M.. Monday. The Rev. Lisa Peterson will officiate, and interment will be in Catawba Island Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to James Park of Marblehead.
